The state roster supports the designation, developmental diagnostic-evaluation role, and listed contact details. It does not establish availability, insurance participation, quality, or fit.
Organization identity plus website evidence
An NPI and provider taxonomy support identity and classification. NPI-only organizations need current, explicit website service evidence before an evaluation pathway is published.
